- computer locking up got this hard drive error code

After computer locking up and freezing randomly during use and sleep, i contacted customer support. They had me basically factory reset with aa flash drive backed up from another pc. Now when I ran the hardware test I got an error code saying hard drive is damaged. error code hp failure id gtwjlc-bpbcl1-qf8wxg-60e903. /Is there anything I can do? who should I contact. Thank you

Welcome to the HP Forum.
HDD/SSD error code output from HP Hardware Diagnostics usually means the drive is failing or has failed.
You can input the error code at this HP Site for details.
You may have to replace the bad drive.
You should contact HP Support if the PC is in warranty.
You would have to do the drive replacement and reinstall Windows or have a local PC Tech take a look if the PC's warranty has expired.
Data on the failing drive may be recoverable if the drive can be mounted as a data drive when it is connected to a different PC.
