computer stopped recognizing keyboard typing

Hi,

 

Can you start the PC and get to the W10 login screen?

 

I would think you have a hardware problem if the keyboard is gone but the PC works. The keyboard connects internally to the MB.

 

You have an AIO PC. You need factory service (Link) if in warranty or a local PC tech to fix this.
