constant noise from computer. have run checks as advised but no change

Hi

recently puchased all in one and very frustrated by constant low humming noise. doesn't sound like a fan.

 

ran all the checks as advised by pressing F2 during start up but no change

 

any help appreciated!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a humming noise from the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Thanks for the link but it recommends that I suspend bitlocker and I couldn’t find this on my OS. 

also when pressing F10 there was no option to click that I could see to update BIOS. 

 

Have logged call with HP again as awaiting call back to talk me through it.
