coreggere errore -0x81000019- backup windows

Buongiorno  gentili signori, ho già contattato windows in assistenza rapida con il n°-<removed>- e mi hanno risposto che il problema di backup non è di loro competenza, ma di HP- allego uno screnshort di successivo problema generato da UEFI- vecchia versione in quanto non sono riuscito a  aggiornare con la richiesta di aggiornamento, nell'attesa di un vostro aiuto, ringrazio e porgo cordiali saluti.
