Welcome to the HP Forum.
I would say the Sound Blaster Audigy RX will work with your PC if it fits in the case.
The Audigy requires one open PCIe x1 slot. Your PC's MB has this slot in addition to a PCIe x4 slot and a PCIe x16 slot. Try the PCIe x4 slot if the PCIe x1 slot is disabled due to PCIe switching. PCIe switching can happen if PCIe lanes are diverted to a different component.
You would have to install the new audio card. Then disable system audio in the BIOS to use the new audio card.
System audio should be in the Device Security submenu found in the Security tab.
