There are two issues you'll have to look into: the actual footprint of the CPU cooler: A.) Is it going to fit without bumping into adjacent computer parts, and B.) Can you secure the heatsink using the existing mounting screw-holes -without having to remove your motherboard and 'modding' the case so as to allow the installation of a new CPU backplate.
I can't answer that for you without getting my hands on your system.
To get back to your question about the AMD Wraith Prism cooler: as long as this CPU cooler's footprint allows it, I have no doubt that I could make this fit, having been "creative" modding HP proprietary cases before, but it may not be your cup of tea being willing to 'slice & dice' (if necessary) in your case.
Please watch this YouTube instructional video as it relates to a related PC: HP Pavilion TG01 Cooling Upgrade Noctua CPU Heat sink and Fan Install W/ How To 1.

I am not sure if a picture is going to be helpful or not for me. You'll have to make your own (careful) measurements for fit.
As the YouTube video suggests, you should be able to mount at least some non-HP aftermarket CPU coolers on your motherboard, without having to remove it, such as: HP Pavilion TP01 CPU Cooler Master i71c Intel Core i5-10400 heatsink fan upgrade, Cooling Upgrade & Intake Fan Installing MOD on HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w, and: Installing CPU Cooler (Noctua NH-L9x65) on HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w.
The disclaimer is that we are talking about CPU cooler modifications which is off the HP Reservation.
