Hi:
Most AIO PC's are nothing more than glorified laptops that are not portable.
All of the internal components are the same as what are used in laptops, such as the processor, memory and graphics.
That is how they can make them so thin.
Since yours comes with a Nvidia GeForce MX450 GPU, that is better than most, which only come with the onboard Intel HD graphics adapters for the models that come with Intel processors.

I do not see a model number for the AIO but, as you stated, it appears to have a gpu that is different from a desktop. At least it would appear to have a upgraded graphics option. Here is info on that series graphics.

While not on par with the typical desktop cards, it is better than the CPU integrated graphics. It is not bad, but depending on what you expect, it is not as good as a full dedicated desecrate graphics card either.
What is your expectation?
Sorry @Paul_Tikkanen , I was away from my PC while making my reply.
