At first there was a problem with tje warramty. lhat was solved. The on button is stuck in. I can't get it out. The tech said they would send a boc to send it back to HP blut you don't h ave my address and I can't get you on the phone because the voice says it cant take my call. I've been trying for 3 days with thle same message. How do I get a box?
