Hi, anyone have a chance to dismantle the height adjustable stand for the Elitone800. I check the internet the product Code may be P243478P or 693957-002.
In a service session, I had push too much down that it jam and does not return. Anyone has any idea how to remove the plastic casing so that I can check the internal mechanism of the unit.
Thank you.
