Microsoft Windows 11

I have windows 11 install on Pavilion 23-h009 all in one touch smart computer. The mouse seems to be frozen every second for half a second. Very frustrating. All the drivers are up to date. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks

  3. Update Mouse Drivers: Verify that your mouse drivers are also up to date. You can typically find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website. If you're using a USB mouse, try using a different USB port.
