Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my external device did not showing nor open that external device its showing "g drive is not accessible. access is denied."    when i check properties for particular drive its showing error "The disk check could not be performed because windows can't access the disk." please solve this system issue as soon as possible. Thank you
