Hello. upon power up, the HP TouchSmart 310-1125y Desktop PC displays the HP splash screen with boot options, diagnosis and recovery. the diag passes all items. booting from the HDD or selecting recovery begins the Automatic Repair and displays the Windows 10 logo. the update progresses to the screen to select the keyboard language but i'm not able to select anything either with the mouse, kybd or the touchscreen. no lights on the mouse/kybd light up when connected to ANY of the USB ports even though the at least the keyboard is functional before the repair begins. there are 6 USB ports- no matter which port used do the kybd/mouse work after the repair begins. thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What was the last time the computer was working fine?
Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
