I bought a 64GB pen drive from Flipkart. I hadn't even used it, but after plugging it into my Macbook 4-5 times, my Macbook stopped reading it. I thought maybe the pen drive slot isn't working so I used another pen drive and it turned out the problem is with the Pendrive. I thought it's gotten corrupt. I ordered the same pen drive again from Flipkart. Now, when I received this second Pendrive, I didn't pay much attention to the details but after a few days I just took both the pen drives in my hand, and I saw the font, the size and the alignment of the text and logo is different of both the pen drives (it's been a few months and this second one is still working). If I look at both carefully, the second Pendrive looks counterfeit because the font and everything on it is weird, but I am still not sure which one is fake and it's pissing me off, to be honest. Another thing is that the second pen drive is too tight to fit in the pen drive slot. Can anyone tell me how to check if my product is real or not? It's just disappointing to see that there are counterfeit products of good brands.

Welcome to our HP User Forum.
My friend, this question related to your MacBook is better suited in an Apple forum such as found here: Official Apple Support Community or here: MacBook - Apple Community.
I have a riddle for you: if Apple ever made a car, would it have Windows?
Kind Regards,
