Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 
I would like to ask the fan of the hp elite mini 600 g9  is it automatically adjusted by the system 
how fast will it turn or do I have to change it from the bios?

The BIOS ROM file code uses specific delta T ( change in temperature) points to turn the fan off an on in response to motherboard and processor  temperature events.
