fn+Left (for Home) and fn+Right (For End) are not working on HP 350 compact mutideivce bluetooth keyboard on Windows11.
As there is no home and end keys on the keyboard, so fn+Left and fn+right should work for Home and End functionality.
Although other function keys from F1 to F12 are working fine in combination of fn key.
Please suggest me the troubleshooting steps. I have tried by updating the driver from the device manager, but its not working.

Hi @KGupta,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the Fn+Left (Home) and Fn+Right (End) combinations on your HP 350 Compact Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard are not working, but other Fn keys work correctly, here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Check Keyboard Mapping in Windows
- Windows may not have correctly mapped the Home and End functions for your keyboard.
- Steps:
- Press Win + R, type osk, and hit Enter to open the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK).
- Try using the Fn+Left and Fn+Right combinations on your physical keyboard while observing the OSK.
- If Home or End does not activate on the OSK, the issue is likely with the keyboard driver or firmware.
Update or Reinstall the Keyboard Driver
- Even if you’ve tried updating the driver, fully reinstalling it might fix the issue.
- Steps:
- Open Device Manager (Win + X → Select Device Manager).
- Expand Keyboards, find your HP Bluetooth Keyboard, and right-click it.
- Select Uninstall Device and confirm.
- Restart your PC, and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
Check for Firmware Updates
- HP keyboards often require firmware updates for optimal performance.
- Steps:
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Enter the model number of your keyboard (HP 350 Compact Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard).
- Check for any firmware or software updates available for the keyboard.
- Download and install the update.
Test Keyboard on Another Device
- Pair the keyboard with another device (e.g., another PC or tablet).
- If Fn+Left and Fn+Right still do not work, the issue is likely with the keyboard itself.
- If it works, the issue is specific to your Windows 11 system.
Use HP Keyboard Software (if available)
- Some HP keyboards require a dedicated software utility for advanced key functions.
- Steps:
- Search for "HP Accessory Center" or similar software for managing HP peripherals on the Microsoft Store.
- Install it and configure the function keys for the Home/End features.

Manually Remap Keys
- If none of the above work, you can remap the Fn+Left and Fn+Right combinations using third-party tools.
- Steps:
- Install a tool like SharpKeys or Microsoft PowerToys.
- Map Left + Fn to Home and Right + Fn to End.
- Save the settings and restart your PC.
- Steps:
Perform a Bluetooth Reset
- Unpair and re-pair the keyboard to reset Bluetooth settings.
- Steps:
- Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices.
- Remove the HP keyboard from the list of paired devices.
- Restart your PC.
- Pair the keyboard again and test the Fn combinations.
- Steps:
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

None of your mentioned steps are helping.
Do not have any issues with my Windows 11, as fn+Left (home), and fn+right(end) are working fine with the laptop keyboard.
But the HP Bluetooth 350 multidevice keyboard not working for these keys. There has to be some problem with the keyboard driver.
