fn keys behaviour

I tried everything but i can't change the fn keys behaviour on my  HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0370nd.

Because i use Excell a lot it's very annoying to have to use the fn key all the time, does anyone know a solution to solve this??

Try checking in BIOS if you get the option to change the Function Key
