HP Z240 Tower Workstation

Helllo All,

I installed a new motherboard into a Z240 Workstation The board has all the default factory settings and red bars that say "conact HP support": The unit in question is out of warranty. I replaced the board as it is starting fail so I was able to retieve the data off of the board.

I input the data into the BIOS such as

Serial Number

SKU Number

feature byte

Build ID

Product Family

CT Number

After entering this data and saving it (the feature byte shows correctly and doesn't give me a CRC error) the computer at post has this "motherboard in maintence mode" error

Sorry I meant to say, I was able to retireive the data off of the old board and enter it in the new one. I just need to figure out how to get that to stick somehow and remove the "maintenance mode" label
