Welcome to our HP community forum!
As far as I was able to ascertain, there is exactly one (1) discrete graphics card that is compatible with your HP All-in-One - 22-c0039 (3LB68AA) as fitted with an Apulia motherboard (SSID: 8446), and it has p/n: L04353-001 "PCA - dGPU NV MX110, 2GB, Syrah215/238":
You'll also need this part: L18511-001 "Heatsink - Apulia DIS GFX card, Syrah", and at least a 90-watt power supply with p/n: L61513-800 "AC Adapter - GNRC AC 90W SPFC Barrel St Ares+" or p/n: 924589-800 "Adapter - GNRC, AC, 90W Smart PFC Straight Barrel", or better still, the 120-watt power supply with p/n: 918341-800 "A/C Adapter - GNRC, 120W SMART PFC 7.4mm Straight".
The challenge is that the "MX110 2GB" graphics card is difficult to purchase, though I believe you could get it via an eBay Seller: For HP 22-C DA0N97TH6D0 MX110 2G Video Graphic Card Board 100% Tested OK | eBay. The heatsink (p/n: L18511-001) can be purchased from this eBay Seller: Genuine HP Chromebook 14-CA Thermal Heat Sink L18511-001 | eBay, and a 120-watt power supply from this eBay Seller: HP 918341-800 19.5V 6.15A 120W Genuine Original AC Power Adapter Charger | eBay.
To incur these expenses would not be sound economics, in my opinion. Upgrading the graphics capabilities of an AIO almost always isn't worth it.
Kind Regards,
