Hi I hade to change my graphic card after 8 years. It was an AMD 6850 1G
I bought a MSI Nvidia Geforce GT 710 (Gt 7102GD3H LP) but it doesn't seem to work the PC gets stuck on the HP starting screen.
My computer : bought 2012, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, motherboard 2AB5 1.01, BIOS 7.11
Windows 10
Do you think there might be a compatibility problem ?
Thank you..

@calle8 , welcome to the forum.
Yes, I believe that it is a compatibility problem with the motherboard. The GT 710 requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard/Legacy BIOS. HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2013 with Win 8. You can verify this by entering the BIOS to see if says anything about UEFI. The last series of cards not to require UEFI were the GTX 660/670's.
