I bought a graphics card gtx 750 ti mini
I purchased a power of 550 watts
When the graphics card is installed and the device is powered on, it freezes on the hp logo
The graphics card was tested on another computer and it works 100%
But do not work on your hp computer

The GTX 750Ti is circa Feb 2014, so that card is UEFI. (that means its UEFIvBIOS).
Your DC 7300 is BIOS, UEFI card will not operate in a BIOS boot environment.
The DC7300 is Jan 2012. Curious<> Where did you get this 6 year old machine ?
PS<> UEFI started Sept 2012.

Any of this older version cards will work with your existting 300W PSU.
