Almost anywhere!
Support your local "owner/operator" computer-store, by purchasing there.
Or, find a "big box" bricks-and-mortar store (Best Buy, Office Depot, et cetera).
Or, buy from that store's web-site.
Or, buy from Amazon.
Your computer: HP TouchSmart 520-1030 Desktop PC Product Specifications
does not make it clear whether the current 1000 GB disk-drive is 2.5-inches or 3.5-inches wide.
If it is 3.5-inches wide, avoid purchasing a 5400 RPM disk-drive, and purchase a 7200 RPM disk-drive.
Or, purchase a 2.5-inch-to-3.5-inch adapter tray (under $5), and purchase a 2.5-inch SSD (Solid State Device) and mount it in the tray, and then mount the try into the existing drive-bay.
If it is 2.5-inches wide, again avoid the 5400 RPM disk-drive, and buy either the very-fast SSD or the mechanical 7200 RPM disk-drive.
