hard drive not found

I have tried all the step to try to find the hard drive but nothing works.  Would installing a new hard drive work are is that a waste of time and money?

These models do not use HDD, they use M.2 NVME disks. It currently has a 512 GB disk, but you can upgrade it to 1 TB, 2 TB, or more if you wish.

Please clearly state what your problem is. Are you trying to install Windows? If so, you need to find a driver to reinstall Windows. Please clearly indicate when the issue occurs.

I'm trying to install windows and gets to the point to select the drive , but there is no drive to install it

Download the following driver, then use 7-zip or winzip to unzip the driver into a folder. Once unzipped, locate the dchu_1_VMD folder, copy it to the installation USB, and when Windows prompts , load the driver by providing the path to the dchu_1_VMD folder on the USB. Then press Enter and several options will be displayed. Select the first one and continue with the Windows installation.

found drive, but get the message win 11 can't be installed on disk 0 partition 1

The selected disk has an MBR partition table. on EFI systems the operating system can only be installed to GPT disks

you changed the disk partition, Follow the steps in the following link to change the partition.

I was wrong.  the disk that show up during install was the usb drive I was using and not the hard drive
