Do this simple test. If it states BIOS mode is "BIOS", then the answer is NO. The GT 720 is a UEFI card, and these modes do not play well together. And "NO", you can not get UEFI BIOS for an HP 6200. This always happens in the last months of the year, the re-sellers go bonkers on selling these vintage early 2011 business off-lease door-stops. SHAME on them.

Hi, @bdd43
My HP 8200 Elite CMT is happily running a Nvidia GT 730, and the 8200 Elite uses the exact same BIOS as the 6200 Pro.
Mine is on v2.28.
The 6200 Pro and 8200 Elite both have UEFI BIOS.'
My other 8200 Elite is running the GT 1030.
