Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my pavilion 23 does not play dvds, need to knoe if there is a dvd drive for this model

I don't know what is your Pavilion 23 therefore I've got no idea which software came with it. Please download and install the following free media player, it will play nearly all video formats inclucing DVD's.

try to give more precious information about your model
and generally all laptops or desktop are easy to dvd drive upgrade
