Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i just bought thunderbolt 3 card hp brand with 2dp and 2 tb usb c  my system is hp z6g4 128 ram 2tb hd and 4k hp 27 inch monitor after installingthe card as directed i can not find the card in the device manager is not working properly i went to the bios settings i play around with the settingsstill the same  help  thanks

@CHOCHO2 -- within the Windows "Device Manager", what do you see when you "expand" the "Display Adapters" branch of the device-tree? One device? Two devices?
