Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have a problem with usb ports. Only one of USB ports work randomly and only one work (When i restart pc work *for example port nr 1, restart again work port nr. 4).  Is this a mother board problem? And What can i do to fix this problem. Thanks if anyone help me...

download HiRen util disk, and burn to a cd (if you have a cd/dvd drive)

load mini XP desktop, now test usb ports if all work, issue is os based (reinstall OS

if some do/dont issue is most likely hardware issue, replace motherboard

 

if no optical drive, DL a usb based bootable program, test the same as above

what did not work? how did you test and waht were the results? and what were the other systems problems and the model numbers?

i bruned 1 cd with hirens and i tested on mini xp but the same porblem !!

i think this is motherboard probelm

i have update the bios same problem!

and change hdd , ram 😞 same problem :(((((
