help upgrading memory, not sure what i need?

HP - Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5-Series - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive

Model: M01-F0024, i want to upgrade the memory, or add memory, what exactly do I need? please help, and thank you!!!!
