hello, i have a faulty super Multi DVD Writer (GHC0N). i would like if anyone can point out to me which new dvd would it be compatable with my PC HP Pavilion 500-424, Thanks in advance.

From the SUPPORT PAGE for that model, it seems to be a standard SATA connected DVD drive for a desktop.  They are easy to obtain, most any will/should work.  https://www.lifewire.com/best-sata-dvd-burners-832424

Somewhat of a challenge to install where getting the case open is sometimes difficult.
