How can i find out my motherboard model?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

Type in: System Information, and click on the System Information App.  You should see something like this:

Your "System SKU" number can be researched further here: HP PartSurfer -for example, in my case the HP motherboard part number is: L65201-601, and the "BaseBoard Product" is the (alpha-)numerical HP identifier for your motherboard.

 

If this is the info you need, the System Information window has a "File" tab, then select "Print", and you got yourself a hardcopy.
