i dont know where and how to buy a new psu for my computer it has to be minimum 450w or 400w

Chances are that according to this link, the following two power supply upgrades would be compatible with your "HP Pavilion TG01": a 400-watt PSU with p/n: L04619-800, and a 500-watt PSU, with p/n: L05757-800:
