Example: officejet pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I changed my cartridges and an icon appeared on my task bar.  A blue circle with a question mark (?) in it.  How do I get rid of it

Hi:

Sounds like that is the HP support assistant running.  Is this what it looks like?

You should be able to right click on the question mark icon and close it.

If you don't want the application running, open the HP support assistant program in your programs menu and change the settings to not have it start when windows starts.

Or, you can go to the windows control panel>programs>uninstall and uninstall the HP support assistant software if you don't use it.
