Product: HP All-in-One - 24-dd0010

I have removed screen but the ram is underneath a casing. I have removed the screws but the casing will not not come off. Can someone help guide me so that I can figure out what ram to buy and how to install. My ram is not visible when I remove the screen so can someone direct me on instructions.Please

Perhaps this video may be of help to you because the service manual on your PC's support page shows the memory is visible after removing the screen.
