Hi im looking for a video on added more ram to my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24 the manual is terrible. I looked on youtube and one person when through the screen and another pretty much stripped the whole machine lol even step by step written instructions would be great. Thanks in advance

Some volunteers here, like @Prométhée can read minds and pull part numbers out of thin air, but I cannot.
There's something wrong with the product ID 3NJ57AV and I was unable to find anything with that code.
Also the model number "24-Xa" was not useful for me. I think there's more digits needed.
What I did have more luck with was when you mentioned "windows 32". that does not work with more than 4 gigabytes of memory and sometimes not even 3.5gb. The upgrade from windows 32 to 64 bit is free it just requires a clean install. I suggest you do that first before adding more memory

Thank you
your system is here
it appears you must have a 64 bit windows not 32 there's a way you can tell as listed here
I found two videos that show how to disassemble your system and it is not easy to do
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JF733-sGUE
and
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgozItuuMsg
in both cases the memory sockets are behind a metal object that needs to be removed
the second video most closely resembles your system but unfortunately it does not show the memory
this manual shows how to get access to the memory on page 15
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06111214.pdf
once you remove that metal plate you will see the slots
The product description listed below indicates a different type of memory is required than what you wrote. please get the exact memory that is on your system. After removing the metal plate verified at the memory is the same as the one shown on your dashboard
it is possible the memory listed in the specification is out of date and your system can use faster memory the 2666+
