Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

You appear to have an external power supply if HP specifications for your PC are correct (Link to your PC's specs).

 

Upgrading the power supply is not possible in this instance.

 

You may be able to buy a replacement external 65 watt PSU if your power supply has failed. HP Part Surfer (Link) does not have this part for sale. You will have to look at maybe eBay or elswhere to find this part.
