The only way to no longer see the error message is to replace the hard disk.
Smart Hard disk error 309 is a non repairable error.

If there is nothing wrong with it, I have two questions for you.
1) Why do you see an error message which means that there is a problem with the smart disk?
2) Do you know that when there is nothing wrong with a disk that the disk itself does not provide error messages on startup?
That error message is coming from the disk firmware as it reports on its own state.
See the following thread. You are not the only one to have seen a smart drive error messagehttps://h30434

I updated the link. This one works.
