i don't find all the screws (or somthing else) to
disassemble the base. Under the folie in the middle, I
don't find the scews i see on youtube

Does the video match your model?

I had not seen, the manual is misleading here, oddly there is nothing in it

the intention to open the pc was to clean the fan and more
why does HP hide the screws?
