Can any one help me Turn on AMD SVM on a Omen Desktop

sorry, I don't know this function
But like any function that can be activated or not, either it is possible to activate it from the bios, or the function is not supported, if not already activated!
difficult to answer without knowing the machine, also
note that it may not be possible to get answers

SVM Mode is an option within a AMD motherboard’s BIOS to enable what’s called a "Secure Virtual Machine"

 

SVM stands for "System Virtual Memory"

 

not every Bios calls this function "SVM",..... it's usually called "AMD-V" on most AMD motherboards

For Intel processors this extension is called "INTEL-VT"

 

you also need windows 10 or later

 

SVM also allows for more direct access to the hardware than without.

This means increased performance when using Virtual Machines, which is the main benefit of enabling specialized BIOS options like this.
