The specs of your machine, which shows it has 310W PSU

and the GTX 1060 video adapter which says it requires 400W PSU for machine
https://www.nvidia.com/en-in/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1060/
The first thing to fix: change PSU to at least 400W
