I need a RST driver for HP 8200 Elite SFF Barebone and Windows 11

I'm running two HP 8200 Elite CMT's on W11 and they work fine with the storage drivers W11 installed.

 

The PC is not supported by HP for W10 or W11 so you would have to use the W7 IRST driver from your PC's support page (sp52252).
