the DVD ROM does not work, rebooting does not help, there is such an error on several identical computers, it writes in the task manager:
This device cannot work properly until the computer is restarted. (Code 14)
To make the changes take effect, restart the computer.
Click "Restart Computer" to restart it.

I tried installing fresh drivers, updating the bios, and doing hp diagnostics. Nothing helps. It started recently, maybe a week or two.
