HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse

I recently purchased HP 350 keyboard nad HP 935 creator and none of them can connect with HP accessory center. Every time i try to add new device it keeps popping up Bluetooth device in WIN 11 in which the mouse and keyboard already exits. Shame for a company  with good quality products.

I am just curious, but for what use do you have for the Accessory Center if your new keyboard and mouse work as expected?

I would uninstall the HP Accessory Center if it served no purpose for my uses.

It depends on what you're buying. If the price tag is low you don't expect much but from branded product with price tag of 100 euros or so with capabilities of programming buttons as you see fit for daily work, it matters. Specialty fro creator 935.

Point taken.

The creator 935 should work with the Accessory Center.

Try uninstalling it and then installing it again.

Here is an HP document that gives details on use and setup for the HP Accessory Center for Windows 10 and 11.

thanks for your immediate response. I have followed the instructions but the issue still persist. When pressing "Add new device" and choosing creator 935 the WIN 11 Bluetooth & devices screen pops up. Add  again new device but in HP accessory  the mouse does not appear. On the contrary in WIN 10 the prosses of adding new device happens automatically.
