@Debal -- is this your computer: HP Desktop Pro A G3 Specifications | HP® Customer Support
On that page, there are listings of the "factory" configuration, plus optional hardware upgrades.
You already seem to have a fast AMD Ryzen processor, at least 4GB of RAM, and at least a 500 GB disk-drive.
Open the Windows "Task Manager", and switch to the "Performance" tab.
View how busy the quad-core CPU is.
View how much of your DDR4 RAM is being used.
I doubt that the CPU is 100% busy, which implies that you don't need to upgrade it.
Possibly, add another 4GB of RAM, if you see that more than 3 GB is being used.
Possibly, replace the "spinning" disk-drive by a much-faster SSD.
How much money do you wish to spend?
If you do any upgrades, start with the SSD -- it will improve the computer's overall performance, every day.
Adding RAM might improve the performance, on days where you "intensively" use the computer, but not every day.
