1-   I bought  a hp 975 keyboard a few month ago and the battery is terribly bad. I wanted to know if it was designed terrible or if it was just my device.

2- I also wanted to know if it was possible to stop the led back light ( will help battery life ) because I see hp mentioning it but all I can do make it switch back on constantly,

3- I tried to register the keyboard on my hp accoung but hp does notrecognize the serial number.

What can I do.

3- Also is this forum a way for HP not to pay for a customer service?
