I have stated months ago that my HP support assistant, even though im logged in says i need to log in before i can download any updates. I believe it's because I have 2 accounts with the same email address on HP. Since i can't delete one because HP doesn't allow me to. I'm stuck with this situation, and I can't download the driver for my touchpad, which is not working well, and the sensor is very sticky.
