Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC will not turn on.  Most likely failed power supply.  Need to find a part # for a compatible replacement.

Greetings @RBMOL

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The symptom could suggest a failed power supply.

It looks like your PC has a 310 HP PSU, part number L03980-800. You should be able to buy this component at eBay.

Or you can do a HP 400 watt PSU, part number L04618-800 at eBay.

You can go down the replacement component rabbit hole or have a local PC Tech check the PC.

The PC Tech would need to have a compatible HP power supply or a standard ATX PSU to HP PSU adapter (if available) to check for a successful POST.

Thanks for the response.  Fairly sure it's a failed psu.  Your part info will be very helpful in getting a replacement.
