Let's get your HP pen drive back on track! Here are a few steps you can try:
First, try to scan for hardware changes in the device manager. To do this, go to device manager > action > scan for hardware changes.
if that does not work, go to the next step.
Device Manager:
Press Windows + X, select device manager.
Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Look for an unknown USB device with a yellow sign.
Right-click on it and select Uninstall.
Restart your computer. The USB drivers should reinstall automatically.
Next, you can try to update USB drivers:
In Device Manager, right-click on your USB device and select Update driver.
Choose Search automatically for drivers.
