According to the support page for your PC, no BIOS updates were ever released for it.

I checked under Vista and W7.

ld you no how i can make the system recovery disk everytime i try it comes up a error message says disk is bad and there new disk

There used to be a fix for that, but it hasn't existed for years.

There was a patch from Cyberlink for fixing the recovery disk generation not working.

The links to the instructions and patch are long gone.

You can buy a recovery disk set from this vendor at the link below.

At this point in time, that would be your only option, and you are going to end up with Windows 7, not Windows 10.

im running windows 10 on it but it was the free upgrade version and something has happend to it and keeps freezing up so i cant just go install windows 10 without getting a product key if i just do a clean install

If you had previously upgraded your PC to W10, here's how you reinstall it without needing a product key:

Boot from the W10 installation media.

You will get to a screen that will ask what version of W10 you want to install.

You select the version of W10 you had upgraded to (most likely W10 Home).

Then you will be asked to enter a product key.

Select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and Windows will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet, because Microsoft has a record of your PC having been previously upgraded to W10.
