My  Product Serial number is '[edited]' and product number is 'NM624EA'. can you please give me serial number of my Origional Hard drive. I have doubt that someone has changed hard drive of my laptop. so if you can provide me serial number of my hard drive i can match it.

Hi Welcome to HP Forum

 

Sure i will help you in find the serial number of you HDD, please follow below steps,

 

If you are using Windows operating system:

 

1. click start button.

2. type 'cmd' and open command prompt.

3. In command promt type 'wmic diskdrive get serialnumber' and press enter.

 

and  will get the serial number of your HDD.

 

Kindly Dont share your PC serial Number/any Unique Identity of your PC. It can be misuse by someone.

To be more helpful with your post, you can add key information if you desire: 
1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
