Hello Everyone,
This is hereby to inform you all that hp become worst less service i ever seen now my product is in warranty period device got issue with component and hp doesn't have part to rectify it he only created a case 10 days back [Personal Information Removed] every day i need to visit whats app support team for follow up and support team commit me sir please wait for 24 hrs surely service center will contact you and resolve the issue (each and every time they apology for the same and they repeat same story .
so when to day i reached to service partner desk [Personal Information Removed] with same very id for taking a status of my complain the desk people directly saying me that this is a problem of hp they are delaying a product to us it better you talk to them directly .
what does it mean that HP is uncompatible /cattering there user to fulfill there requirement for which they already taken payment.
i am really surprising coz i am a vendor when suffering from this very situation then how come enduser suffers i need to answer my cliend every day for the same complain and every day i need to chat more then 30 miniutes with hp support whatsapp team fro same story.
please get me solution by to marrow or else get me written that hp is unable to give service to me coz cliend is asking who is going to bear my man power loss every day my employee is coming and siting ideal without work due to hp system.
