i used original keyboard and used different for a while. and tried to go back original keyboard but i found that the keyboard cannot be reconnected. I searched for connective device from Bluetooth new device screen but it doesn't appear there. How can i reconnect to the original keyboard?

Success depends on the type of USB unifying buried in the computer and whether it can be controlled with the HP Accessory Center

 

Mouse / Keyboard - Still have the HP Unifying dongle but it’s unpaired?

HP PCs - Using HP Accessory Center (Windows 11, 10)
